OpenSRS support (lack thereof)

Posting here as I know OpenSRS support reads the list.

We still haven't received a response to this issue. The client's transfer
request will soon timeout due to lack of support from OpenSRS. We don't
want to have to resubmit the transfer. This makes us all look incompetent.

OpenSRS Ticket #120649

I get an email from transfers@opensrs.org directing me to a link
to verify the transfer.

I get to the URL, type in the domain and password, and get an error message
back; "Authentication failed: invalid session key for xxx".

Please can you fix this? (the actual domain is listed in the referenced
OpenSRS Ticket)
