Error transferring domain(s)

Hello. We have our own customized client. Everything worked until about
3 weeks ago. We haven't changed ANY of our code and things spuratically
stop working here and there. The biggest problem is the in-ability to
transfer single domains. We can transfer MULTIPLE domains at a time, but
if we try one, it fails with a message:

        Transferring domains:
                foo.com
        Error transferring domain(s): Domain taken

**I am using foo.com to protect the domain name**

Does anyone have any ideas or comments?
