They've always done that AFAICR. First letter is an invoice, to the bill-c;
second is a Final Notice, also to the bill-c; and the last is a Deactivation
Notice, which goes to the registrant. They're usually addressed to The
President, or summat like that. In my case they all come to me, and they all
go in the bin. Returning them is just a waste of time I think - the postage
will hardly put them out of business.
